Albert Junior – hotel director
Albert plays a leading role at the hotel with good humour and plenty of great ideas. He has been assisted by his daughter Lisa since 2015, and Anna has also been a dedicated member of the team since 2017. In his role as director he is involved with every aspect of the hotel, and he and his entire family work hard to ensure your holiday is full of sensational experiences. When time permits, he enjoys slipping on an apron and whipping up some delicious four-course meals – he is a fully qualified chef, and good food is one of his greatest passions.
Petra – the numbers whiz
Petra devotes her extraordinary organisational skills to the bookkeeping and finances of the hotel. However, she doesn't just hide away behind her desk, but frequently takes the time to make sure guests are being well looked after in the hotel restaurant. She always keeps an ear to the ground and knows just what guests are looking for.
Anna – resident social media expert (#hinterseemoments)
She is usually the first to know what's going on in the hotel, and is always up-to-date on current events. As the hotel's social media expert, Anna provides guests with gorgeous photos and the latest information. Together with her sister Lisa and Papa Albert, she flies the flag for the DAS Hintersee in between helping out in the office and restaurant.
Lisa – the dedicated mama
Lisa fullfils her role as managing director with passion and enthusiasm, in particular when it comes to setting the perfect prices for the hotel. She puts together the very best holiday offers and sees to it that every guest can find their ideal well-being package on our website and booking platform.
In private, Lisa devote all their attention to their young daughters, Sophia & Hanna.
Alex – the reliable all-rounder behind the scenes
Alex has been working at Hotel DAS Hintersee since April 2025, where he is the "jack of all trades". Together with his wife Lisa, he is an integral part of both the family and the business. With great dedication, he not only looks after the hotel, but also lovingly cares for their three children, Sophia, Hanna and Moritz.
Sophia – the little sunshine
Little Sophia is the pride and joy of the family, and a cheerful ray of sunshine every day. Her infectious smile always improves the atmosphere. This junior director of the hotel keeps her mom Lisa on their toes and helps to entertain the guests.
Hanna - the baby of the family
Little Hanna is our youngest family member & turns the whole hotel upside down. Her favorite task is to move everything to another place and she knows exactly how to wrap everyone around her finger with her grin.
Moritz – our little baby of the family
Moritz is the baby of the family and brings a fresh charm to the house. In our little girls’ house, the boys have finally got some company. His sisters look after him lovingly, and with his beaming smile, Moritz is a real ray of sunshine for everyone.
Albert Senior – the man for all seasons
He knows the hotel like the back of his hand. Albert is a multi-talented individual who helps out wherever he is needed – as resident technician, master builder or in the restaurant. He is well known at the hotel and throughout the district and is happy to provide guests with valuable advice on excursion opportunities.
Erika – superwoman and baker extraordinaire
Culinary art is Erika's calling. Her cakes and tortes are masterpieces, and guests are regularly enchanted by all kinds of delicious Austrian creations from her hands. She and her husband Albert are responsible for the hearty breakfast buffet that provides hotel guests with all the energy they need to start the day. Erika loves to entertain guests with her charm and exciting stories.
