Burnout Prevention Retreat for Professionals and Managers Leadership
Professionals and managers are often under a lot of pressure – balancing professional excellence, responsibility, and constant availability. This retreat creates a space for reflection and empowerment: We support participants in recognizing early signs of overload, rediscovering their own resources, and strengthening their self-leadership.

Content & Focus
Understanding Burnout
- Participants work together to develop definitions, gain practical knowledge, and reflect on their own situation in a collaborative exchange.
Recognizing Warning Signs
- Based on Freudenberger's 12-step model, they develop an individual early warning system for mental exhaustion.
Strengthening Stress Competence
- They learn to distinguish positive from negative stress, familiarize themselves with the stress vulnerability model, and identify personal stress factors.
Mindfulness in Everyday Life
- Through everyday exercises, participants strengthen their self-awareness and learn to deal with themselves and their environment more consciously.
Promoting Resilience
- The retreat offers inspiration for strengthening inner resilience – with concrete strategies for self-regulation and mental stability.
Self-Management and Time Management
- Optionally, participants receive suggestions on how to consciously structure their time, set priorities, and use energy purposefully.
Target group
- Professionals and managers who want to remain productive, healthy, and clear in their roles – and who want to take time for conscious reflection, new perspectives, and personal development.
